  1. Usage: WINDOW BIND <c>  
  2.   This command permentantly binds channel <c> to the current window.
  3.   It does not join the channel if you are on it, however, so a
  4.   WINDOW CHANNEL command might also be needed.  A window remains
  5.   bound until it is unbound with WINDOW UNBIND.
